About Us
EmojiAll (emojiall.cn) is a site that does one thing: explain emoji clearly. We organize common emoji by category and label every entry with its meaning, Unicode code point, emotional leaning, and real usage examples, so you can get an accurate answer while chatting, writing copy, or designing.
Emoji have become part of everyday communication, yet the same character can mean entirely different things in different contexts. Our goal is not to pile them up, but to give each one a manual you can read at a glance.
What we offer
- Category browsing: from Smileys & Emotion to Flags, two levels of categories narrow things down so you stop scrolling to find an emoji.
- Detailed entries: every emoji comes with its symbol and attributes, meaning, sentiment analysis, usage examples, and a note on its background.
- Emoji tools: Emoji to Image and Emoji Maker are small and practical, and everything you type is computed locally in your browser.
- Games: Emoji Snake plus 16 human benchmark tests for reaction time, memory, and attention.
- Written content: every explanation on the site is written from scratch rather than machine-translated, with examples drawn from how these emoji are actually used.
Where the content comes from
The site covers 1925 emoji, including the symbol itself, its name, Unicode code point, parent category and subcategory, plus a meaning, a sentiment score, and usage examples. This content is based on the official emoji list and encoding standard published by the Unicode Consortium, combined with public references and everyday usage, and written and proofread by hand.
One caveat: emoji meanings shift with context and region, so our readings describe the common understanding rather than the only correct one. The site is still growing and the number of categories and entries will keep changing. If something reads wrong to you, please tell us.
The problem we solve
Most people have been in one of these situations: you want to express a feeling but are not sure which emoji fits; you receive one you do not recognize and cannot tell what the other person meant; you are writing copy or designing something and need a reliable list of emoji. EmojiAll brings those scattered questions into one place — findable, understandable, and ready to use.
